| The CM exams are available in computer based format only for international applicants |

Each international CM exam is a 1 hour 40 minute, closed book exam consisting of 100 multiple choice questions. |

The CM Exam will be administered in Kuwait by Global Consultants, being the contact point with ICPM. |

Exams are administered on demand when an individual or group is ready to test. |

Registration is made at least 7 days before an exam to request a computer-based exam instructions |
|
|

An exam password will be issued a few days before the intended exam date. |

The password will be valid for 14 days. |
|

If the exam is not taken within 14 days the candidate must request a new password from ICPM |

CM Assessment Exams |
|
|
|
|

There are three CM assessment examsone corresponding to each module of the CM Program (MS I, MS II, and MS III). |

Exams are administered one at a time at the conclusion of study for each module. To be eligible to test, an individual must have: |

an approved CM application on file with Global Consultants, and |
|

paid the applicable CM program fees |

CM Exam Scheduling |
|
|
Exams can be administered via scheduling through Global Consultants. |

CM Exam Results |
|
|
|
|
| 1 |
Exams are graded in aggregate on or around the 15th of each month. |
|
|
| 2 |
Exam results are reported as P for pass and F for fail. |
|
|
| 3 |
All test takers receive a mailed feedback report which documents the P or F grade and provides subscores (1 to 5) for each content area covered by an exam. |

Additionally, computer-based exams report P or F results on screen immediately upon completing the exam |
|
|
|

CM Exam Retaking Policy |
|
|
|
|

Failed exams may be retaken an unlimited number of times |
|
|

Exam re-takers should wait 30 days before exam re-taking which allows sufficient time for a test taker to receive their feedback report and see the content areas where they scored poorly. |

Exam Reliability. |
|
|
|
|

The CM exams are criterion referenced, which means that each exam is based on a specified content domain, rather than a specified population of persons. |

The focus is on what a test taker knows, not how they compare to other test takers. |
|
|
| 3 |
The CM exams consist of approximately 15 content areas and 50 sub-content areas. |
|
|
|
| 4.8 |
Successful CM Exam Completion and Recognition |
|
|
Certified Managers gain recognition and credibility through use of the "CM" credential after their name on business cards, business directories, email signature blocks, and other business correspondence. Upon successful completion of the CM Program, applicants will also receive: |
